Mind your mind

Now a days we can see that there are more mental patient than physical ones .Some are suffering from severe while some are facing mild.In mild phobia,obsession compulsion, etc may be included.But in severe depression,dementia,alzimer, etc may be included.

These  Problem may arise  most of the time due to our mistake.Please consider over some points-----

Firstly you are unable control your emotion level.

You may be suffering from separation from your dear ones due to death or other reason

You are not using your mind.

 

But you know one thing--- your problems solution lies only in your hand.Believe me.would you like to know how.Yes? Ok let me explain--

What is your problem only you know.So try to understand what is that and start solving.Really one day you will have solution and you will be protected from mental illness.Think positively on problem.

You must know how to control emotion.Some person starts crying when they hurt on very small point while some suppress that.But Some let it be.Those who let it be stay mentally healthy while others will suffer and gather sympathy.choice is yours.

You must keep your mind busy like bees.Suppose you are free and retired from job then you have enough time.What will you do?Sit in front of T.V,find people and start explaining I was super in my job and all that or make your routine and will be busy in desirable work which give you satisfaction or the work which you wanted to do but due to pressure of job you couldn't.If so then you are on right track keep it up.Other wise you waste your time in front of TV or explain your job experience then it's danger alert.So stay and think.

You know if iron knief useless then it is caught junk.Same situation is with your mind.If you use it ,it will be sharp otherwise not only you will suffer but your near and dear one will also.

Refresh your mindA​​​

Play mental games.

Laugh loudly with friends.

Do yoga.Be happy and let your kith and keen happy.

Life is very short,use it live it.
