Yes a leader has to manage every thing in such a positive way that not only every one can get their right but also must do their duty.
I worked in leadership of many leaders but working under one lady leader is the best experience of my life.
I started a job in educational institute.The manager of that organization was a lady of not more than fourty years.Some time I had to sit in office to wait for my next class.I used to see number of people used to come with different problems.She used to manage every one with best solution.She never used harsh word.In spite of she was respected by all.
One day some students came to complaint that teacher do not teach us in good way and so on.She said that he is very good teacher and give him chance.I am sure he will proove himself.
When the teacher came after taking class she didn't scold him.Instead of that she said students are naughty so tackle them by trick .Make them busy in writing or solving problems.
In this way she shorted out the problem not by scolding but calmly.
Here both students and teacher wre treated rightly.
If she wanted then she could him and say to teacher that change your teaching style or you need some more improvement ,otherwise you can go for other option.
She managed both side effectively I think so.This is the quality of best leader.
Whether it is the problem of teacher's,student's,staff's or director.Perhaps she was knowing the nerve of everyone that how to tackle.
So being a leader is not an easy job but one has above quality can be a good leader.
If you want to be a leader then develop above qualities and proove yourself as a positive leader.
