आज यानी 12 जनवरी को युवा दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है।1984 में भारत सरकार ने इसे युवा दिवस के रूप में स्वीक़ृति दी और 12 जनवरी 1985 से यह युवा दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाने लगा।क्योंकि आज ही के दिन 1863 में "स्वामी विवेकानंद जी" का जन्म हुआ था।उन्हें युवा पीढ़ी में पूर्ण विश्वास था क्योंकि वे सिर्फ अपने अच्छे विचार से बहुत सारे परिवर्तन लाने की क्षमता रखते हैं।
स्वामी जी बचपन में आम बच्चों की भांति शरारती और नटखट थे।अपने अध्यापकों के साथ भी शरारत करने से नहीं चूकते।लेकिन घर में धार्मिक महौल मिलने के कारण वे भी धर्म और ईश्वर में अटूट आस्था रखते थे।ईश्वर को जानने की इच्छा रखते थे।हर चीज को नई दृष्टि से देख कर परखते फिर विश्वास करते।
उन्हें इतिहास, सामाजिक विज्ञान, दर्शन शास्त्र में रुचि थी और गीता,रामायण, महाभारत ,वेद - पुराण में आस्था थी,उसे पढ़ते ,समझते और दुनियाँ को समझाते भी।
उनके अनुसार इतिहास वही रचता है ,जो कुछ कर गुजरता है।वही कुछ कर गुजरता है ,जो अपनी चाहत के साथ जीता है,उसके सपने देखता है और उसे पूरा करने की हर सम्भव कोशिश करता है।इतिहास इसका साक्षी है।इसलिए उनका निम्न कथन बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है...
"उठो, जागो और तब तक रुको नहीं ,जब तक मंजिल प्राप्त न हो जाये !!”
सच उनका ये कथन युवा के मन में दोगुने जोश का संचार करता है।और करे भी क्यों ना?यही तो उम्र है कुछ कर गुजरने की,यही तो उम्र है परिवर्तन लाने की और यही तो उम्र है मस्ती में रहते हुए भी सपने को साकार रूप दे देने की।
इसलिए हे!!! युवा!!!!!!अब अपनी मजबूरी को मत याद करो...उसे अपनी ताकत बनाओ,एक रास्ता बंद दिखे तो दूसरे रास्ते को खोलो,अपने अंदर ज्ञान का भंडारण कर खुद की प्रगति के साथ अपनों की प्रगति पर कार्यरत बनो।
सिर्फ खुद की नहीं ,जरूरत पड़े तो दूसरों की मदद के लिए हाथ बढ़ाने से पीछे ना हटो।आगे बढ़ो .....आगे बढ़ो और बस बढ़े चलो......

The 12th January is celebrated as Yuth day.In 1984 the goverment of India declared it as youth day and from 1985 it was completely implemented.Because on this day it is the birthday of spiritual teacher "Swami Vivekananda".He had great faith in Youth.That's so because only he can bring lots of changes with Philosophical thinking only.
Swami ji was naughty in his childhood as general children.Some time he used to create problem to his Teachers too.But as his home's environment was full of relegious rituals .So he had also great faith in God.He had heartiest wish to know the God..
He was keen interested in History, Social science, Philosophy of and devotion in Gita,Ramayana, Veda and puranas.He used to understand it first then explain to others.
According to him history can be created by only those who could do something different,who lives always with his Idea,Dream that and try to do that on level best.Because history is witness of it.Thats why his one statement became so popular...
"Arise,Awke, and stop not till the goal is reached.”
Really his above thought brings double passion in Youth.It must do... Because this is the age to do something different,This is the age to bring vital changes,this is the age to give the dream a new form in enjoying manner.
So... Youths.!!!!!!!Now don't remember your helplessness,make that your strength,If one way is closed then search new one, accumulate knowledge and distribute it and stay Progressive...
