प्रतिस्पर्धा ना हो तो जीवन की गाड़ी धीमी गति से ,मनमाने ढंग से और बिना उन्नति और तरक्की के चलती है। हमारा प्रतिद्वंद्वी हमें बेहतर से बेहतरीन करने को उकसाता है।या यूँ कहें की किसी करीबी द्वारा ताने मार कर , किसी से तुलना कर और किसी को आगे बढ़ते देख हमारा मन भी मचल उठता है कुछ अच्छा,कुछ नया ,कुछ अलग और कुछ खास करने को। हम अक्सर इसी होड़ में लगे रहते हैं कि मुझे अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी से आगे रहना है।और हम अक्सर यही सोचते हैं, विचारते हैं और बस इसी धुन में लगे रहते हैं।
है ना???पर क्या आपने कभी सोचा कि आपके अंदर भी कुछ गुण है, कुछ चाहतें हैं ,कुछ जुदा, कुछ नया करने की पूर्ण क्षमता है।आप उसे निखार कर अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी से अलग महसूस कर सकते हैं और अपनी खुद की छवि खुद से बना सकते हैं और उनसे हट कर खुद की बेहतरिन छवि बना सकते हैं।
क्योंकि जब हम किसी से प्रतिद्वंद्विता रखते हैं तो कई बार हम उसकी कॉपी करने में ही अपना समय और ऊर्जा नष्ट कर देते हैं।
तो क्यों ना अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी का मित्र बन जाएं।साथ मिलकर काम करें।
देखिए जाहिर सी बात है कि आप दोनों एक लक्ष्य को पाने के लिये मेहनत कर रहे हैं पर सिर्फ खुद के अहम को संतुष्टि देने के लिए।लेकिन जब आप दो मिलेंगे तो एक और एक दो नहीं बल्कि ग्यारह लोगों का काम कर सकेंगे।
आप तो जानते ही हैं ना कि एकता में बहुत बड़ी ताकत होती है।

तो चलिए....अपने प्रतिद्वंद्वी से वैर भाव को छोड़ कर हाथ मिलाइये।कुछ और लोगों से बात किजिए।उन्हें भी अपने दल का सदस्य बनकर मदद मांगिये।फिर देखिए कि इस प्रतिस्पर्धा के युग में कैसे सफलता मिलती है।
