परिणाम के बीज को पहले कर्मभूमि पर बोना होता है, फिर उसे कई दिनों,महीनों और सालों तक मेहनत के पसीने से सिंचना होता है ,उम्मीद की किरणों से ऊर्जा प्रदान करना होता है ,फिर धीरज के डोर से सहारा देकर इन्तजार करना होता है ,उस दिन का जब ये पहले अंदर ही अंदर मजबूती से अपनी जड़ जमा ले फिर जब बाहर निकले तो सफलता के शीर्ष पर बिना वक़्त गंवाए आगे बढ़े चले।
हम अक्सर थक जाते हैं, खुद के प्रति खुद से ही सहानुभूति जताते हैं कि ,मेरी मेहनत का फल मिल नहीं रहा।ये मेरा दुर्भाग्य है और मन पर निराशा के काले काले बादल छाने लगते हैं।और ये निराशा आपको मानसिक रूप से बीमारी की ओर अग्रसर करने लगता है।फिर काम करने से मन भागने लगता है और विकास का मार्ग अवरुद्ध होने लगता है।
लेकिन प्रकृति हमें बहुत कुछ देती है जो जीवन यापन के लिए आवश्यक तो है ही,पर सिख ऐसी देती है कि नजरिया भी बदलता है और जीवन की दिशा भी।चलिए आज बांस के पौधे से थोड़ा सीखते हैं।
बांस का पौधा वैसे तो बहुत जल्दी बढ़ता दिखता है ,लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं कि ये धरती से बाहर निकलने में पांच वर्ष का
समय लेता है।जब इसके बीज को हम डालते हैं तो एक साल नहीं दो साल नहीं बल्कि पूरे पांच वर्ष लगता है जड़ जमाने में,फिर अंकुरित होकर पनपने में ।लेकिन जब पनप जाता है तो बहुत जल्दी ही बढ़ जाता है।
क्योंकि ये पहले अपनी जड़ को मजबूत करता है ,ताकि जब आगे बढ़े तो जौ की भांति गिरे नहीं बल्कि मजबूती के साथ लंबे समय तक टिका रहे।और सफलता का पूर्ण आनंद ले सके।
तो पहले जड़ को मजबूती दें,सही दिशा में मेहनत करें फिर तो सफलता आपकी ही होगी।
Firstly one need to sow the seed of consequence on workplace,then till many days,months and many years.Then one have to irrigate with sweat of hard work,give energy of ray of hope,and with the thread of patience have to wait.So that the root may get strong and when it come out it may grow only without loosing a moment.
One Always gets tired,and have sympathy with self that Oh!!! after a hard work I could not get success and the black cloud of frustration starts spreading on mind and this leads us towards mentally weakness and sickness. And we starts to get away from our work.
But the nature gives us every thing to live life.But gives teachings too in such a way that our way of thinking may gets changed and the direction of life too.So lets learn from bamboo tree. The Bamboo tree looks grow very fast but you know its takes five years to grow its roots under the earth.But when it's root is spread strongly then it grows as soon as possible and stay for long time.Beacuse it first make strong its root so that when it grow it may not stagnate like barley.
So friends firstly friend make strong your root then you can surely get success.
