कई बार हमनें लोगों को टाटा -बिरला से किसी की तुलना करते सुनी है।और समझी की तुलना तब की जाती है जब किसी में वास्तव में बहुत सारी खूबियां हों।वो खूबियां जो सामाजिक,आर्थिक और व्यवहारिक आधार पर सम्पूर्णता लिए हों,जिनके पास अर्थ कम हो पर सामाजिक और व्यवहारिक दायरा विशाल हो।ऐसे लोग खुद से ज्यादा औरों के लिए जीते हैं ताकि उनके साथ सब बढें।क्योंकि आगे बढ़ना, उपलब्धि हासिल करना हमारी जरूरत है।और उनका जीवन तो मानो उद्देश्य हो औरों को प्रेरित करने और जीना सीखने का।शायद ऐसे लोग अपने शुरुआती दौर में काफी मुश्किलों से गुजरते हैं जो उनके लिए एक सबक बन जाता है और वो नहीं चाहते कि कोई और ऐसी परेशानियों से गुजरे और वो अपने जीवन को सेवा में लगा देते हैं।
जी हाँ मैं बात कर रही हूँ रतन टाटा जी की,जो व्यापारी नहीं उद्योगपति हैं।उद्योगपति इसलिए क्योंकि व्यापारी खुद के नफा- नुकसान को देखता है पर उद्योगपति अपने से जुड़े लोगों के लिए सोचता है।
चूंकि परिवार तो था पर बिखर गया।लेकिन दादी ने पाला, किसी का प्यार मिलते मिलते रह गया पर प्रतिष्ठित और समर्पित उद्योगपति की बात की जाए तो एक ही नाम सामने आता है रतन जी का।वो इसलिए भी क्योंकि वो टाटा समूह से जुड़े हैं ।वो समूह जो देश का "लुहार " इसलिए कहा जाता है क्योंकि गुलामी के दौर में गुम हुई उद्यमशीलता को नए अंदाज में लेकर आया और देश का गौरव भी बना।
रतन जी हमेशा नए युवाओं के लिए नई उम्मीद के साथ अपनी नई योजना लेकर आते हैं ताकि हर युवा अपने कौशल को आजमा कर नई ऊंचाइयों को छू सके।
उन्होंने अपनी दादी माँ से सम्मान के साथ जीना,वायदा निभाना और विश्वसनीय बने रहना सीखा और अपने जीवन में अमल भी ला रहे हैं।ऐसे उद्योगपति नेता की जरूरत है, और रहेगी।
अब समझ आया लोग उनकी उपमा या उपाधि क्यों देते थे।😀😀
आज के युवा आप भी आप भी विस्वसनीय, अपने वायदे के पक्के रहें और आत्मसम्मान के साथ जियें।आप तो जानते हैं ना खुद के लिए तो जानवर जीते हैं।कहा जाता है बड़ी "मछली छोटी मछली को खा जाती है, भूखी शेरनी अपने नवजात शावक को ही खा जाती है"।पर इंसान ही ऐसे हैं जो अपनी इंसानियत के लिए जाने जाते हैं।क्योंकि वो अपना भोजन खुद भूखे रह कर खुद के तो दूर दूसरों के बच्चों को खिला देते हैं।तो....आप भी अच्छा सोचें और करें..💐👍👍👍

I used to hear many times that-- peoples used to compare with Tata Birla in some context.But I know that you better know why do we try to make comparisons.We compare only when someone has really " Charismatic" qualities with perfection in.... Economical,Social and Behavioural context.If economically they are not more powerful but it doesn't means for them but with best behaviour they makes their Giant social network . And They live for others more than themselves so that others could achieve a lot.Because achivement is our need.It seems that their moto of life is to motivate and teach the lesson ... How to live life with honour.Perhaps such peoples faces problems in early stages but don't want to let others could face such problems.And make their life to serve only.
Yes!! friends I am talking about Ratan Tata ji who is not a buisness man but the best Industralist.Thats so because buisness man counts proifits and losses but the Industralist live for others to serve them.
Since his family sacatterd in his childhood .His Grand Ma reared him, Love from opoosit ones couldn't be achieved but if we talk about honourable and dedicated ones then the first name comes in our mind in today's context is Ratan tata.That's so because he belongs to the group which in slavery time came in light as a countries" iron smith" in new way with new hope and idea.And became the proud of the country.
Ratan ji always comes with new hope and planing so that new youth could show and apply their skills and touch the height of great success.
His grand Mother tought to live life with Self esteem,stay Committed and Reliable.He didn't only learn but also applied too.We are badly needed of such personalities and will be too.
Now I understood that why our elder ones used to compare with Tata .
So todays youths you also stay Reliable, committed and have self esteem.Get motivated.Because You know that only animals lives for self .."A big fish eats up small ones and a hungry lioness eats up new bonrs."...but we are human being..So live for humanity..Because we can serve and sacrifice our food for not own child but others too.....💐👍👍👍
