हर वक्त चाहत है ,कुछ ज्यादा पा लेने की,आंखों में उम्मीद है ,उम्मीद से ज्यादा मिल जाने की,बहुत कुछ है पास में पर कुछ और कि चाहत है।क्योंकि जो कुछ पास है वो कुछ खास नहीं और जो नही बस है, उसी की आस है ।इसे ही कबीर दास जी ने अपने दोहे के माध्यम से दर्शाया है.....
"त्रिसणा सींची ना बुझै, दिन दिन बधती जाइ ।
जवासा के रूष ज्यूं, घण मेहां कुमिलाइ ॥"
अर्थात हम अपनी इच्छाओं को जितना पूरा करते हैं, उतनी ही तेजी से वो बढ़ती जाती है।और चाहत थोड़ा और थोड़ा और से लेकर सब कुछ तक कब पहुंच जाती है ,पता ही नहीं चलता।ठीक वैसे ही जैसे तेज बारिश होने पर जवास थोड़ा कुम्हला तो जाता है पर पुनः बढ़ने लगता है।
आज के समय में जिससे पूछो वही बेहाल है,अपने हर खोंटे सिक्के को देख कर परेशान होता है और मन ही मन सोचता है काश थोड़ा और मिल जाता तो कितना अच्छा होता।
लेकिन इस थोड़े और कि कोई सीमा है ही नहीं।इससे सम्बंधित एक कथा याद आ गयी शायद आप भी जानते ही होंगे।कथा कुछ इस प्रकार है-
एक गिलहरी होती है जो अपने मालिक का काम इस शर्त पर करती है कि जब वो बूढी हो जाएगी तब उसे एक बोरी अखरोट का मिलेगा ।वो इसी लालच में बड़ी मेहनत के साथ काम तो करती है।लेकिन जब वो बूढ़ी हो जाती है तब उनके दांत कमजोर हो जाते हैं और अखरोट तोड़ कर खा ही नहीं पाती।
कहानी छोटी सी है पर सीख बहुत बड़ी।की जितना है उसका आनंद ले लो।क्योंकि उपर वाले ने जीवन दी है तो भोजन और अन्य सुविधाएं भी देगा।
बस हमे अपने काम करते रहना है,आगे बधते रहना है।पर जो है उसका आनंद उठाते हुए।
Every moment we desire ,to achieve more than what we have,hope is in eye to achieve more than the hope,have many things but want more.Because available ones are not special,but unavailables are supposed to have .Kabir daas ji expressed as in following doha...

Means as we fulfill our desire it multiplies frequently .And we wish to have something more than what we have and when it turns wish to have everything thing no o e knows like ..When due to rain wheat may gets pale but again it grows .
As we ask to any one he is in dilemma , unhappy with own plight.Becauae they feel every coin is useless so It may be possible I could achieve something more.
But there is no limit of this desire.Oh I remember one story regarding this ...Hope you also know this..
There was a sqerrell .She used to work to her owner on the condition that when she will turn older she will achieve one bori walnut.She was working on this greed but as she turned older she came to know she lost her teeth.So now she can't eat it and became sad.She was regretting that why she didn't eat it in young age.
The story is very small but lesson is big.What u have enjoy that.If god has given you life will provide you food too.
Just we need to work contineuesly .Go ahead but enjoy what you have.
